Thank you for shopping with Airstrike! We proudly ship our products from the USA and work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock retail orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom or personalized products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production times will be noted on applicable product pages.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout depending on your location and order size, including:

  • UPS Ground

  • Expedited Shipping Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as flat-rate/free shipping promotions when applicable.


Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping offers apply only to qualifying retail orders shipping within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.

Oversized products, wholesale orders, display racks, and certain bulk items may not qualify for free shipping promotions.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on product quantities and packaging requirements.

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Freight or pallet shipments may require custom shipping arrangements.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Airstrike is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@airstrikeart.com so we can assist you.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)


International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
